Shipping & Returns

Most of our products are in stock and ready for immediate delivery occasionally some products may be out of stock, discontinued or in production by our manufacturers.

For this reason, we have included a "date desired" box in our checkout. If we are unable to meet your date, we will contact you with substitutes or ask if you prefer to cancel. This assists us in meeting your needs but it does not guarantee your order will arrive by the date desired and BlessedSacraments.com is not liable for reimbursement for shipping if delivery is not met.

Estimated Arrival Dates:

In stock items usually ship within 1-3 business days. There may be a slight delay during our peak seasons of Christmas and Spring. All shipping prices are within the Continental USA. Shipments outside the United States are subject to actual shipping fees.

Ground Delivery takes 1-5 business days (depending on your location) Charge is $9.95.

2 Day Air- Once your order is processed, your order will ship 2 day air. Charge is $17.00. NOTE: Cutoff for 2 day air to arrive for the weekend is the prior Monday.

Express Delivery usually arrives in 1-2 business days. Charge is $35.00 (an adjustment may be made for large or heavy packages). We choose the most cost effective method of shipping. NOTE: Cutoff for Next Day Air to arrive for weekend is the prior Tuesday. Although we are happy to process orders after those cutoff days, we advise that delays can occur and your order may not arrive by date required.

 Please note: Choosing Express Delivery does not necessarily mean that you will receive your order the next day. Normal processing time can take several days for in stock items. This includes processing credit card information, preparing invoices and packing slips, packing products and shipping. We cannot accept responsibility if express shipments do not arrive in time required. For this reason, we strongly suggest you allow sufficient time for your order to be processed properly.

   

Return Policy

Please read carefully. Return Instructions are at the end of the page.

Apparel-Because we understand the importance of seeing and trying on the apparel, BlessedSacraments.com does allow limited returns on these items.

Return requests must be made within 3 days after receiving the apparel and must be postmarked within 2 weeks. This allows you the opportunity to determine if the item is acceptable while allowing us time to resell it. It also reduces the chances of the item being worn then returned. Apparel must be in original packaging including hanger and with tags still attached. Any items showing signs of wear or damage will be returned at customers expense. Apparel that has been altered in any way will be returned at customers expense.

No returns allowed on items that are express shipped.

NOTICE: Ordering Multiple Dresses/Gowns: There is a 25% restocking fee for multiple purchases with the intention of returning unwanted items. This fee covers:

  1.  Time and cost involved in accepting and processing returns
  2. Loss of Inventory. We are happy to be able to stock most product but we depend on having our    inventory available to all customers. It is extremely costly to our company and we risk not having the product available for another customer.
  3. Credit card fees charged to the company from our processor.

BlessedSacraments.com offers the largest selection at the lowest prices and most ready for immediate shipment. We do not require waiting 3-4 weeks for your special occasion apparel. For this reason, we discourage the practice of multiple purchases so that we can ensure ALL customers receive their products in a timely manner. We appreciate our customers cooperation and understanding.
 
Exchanging Size or Style: We are happy to make exchanges for wrong sizes or a different style BUT the returned dress/gown MUST be shipped back within 2 weeks of receiving the substitute. Be sure to request a return authorization before sending items back. There is no restocking fee on exchanges.

Gift Items- BlessedSacraments.com offers a 30 day refund on gift items. Return requests must be made by email  within the 30 days allowed. Items must be in original packaging and in resaleable condition. Please see return instructions below.

Wrong Item Received

Please contact us via email  if you have received the wrong item. We will issue you a return authorization with instructions.

If the error was on our part, we will reimburse shipping charges to send back (ground delivery only). If you need the correct item immediately, we will process a new order and your credit card will be charged accordingly (excluding shipping charges if the error was on our part). You will receive a credit when the returned item is received.

If you prefer to be charged only once, you will send the order back and we will make the proper exchange.

Damaged Items

Contact us via email within 48 hours after receiving damaged items. Please do not discard any packaging.  NOTE: We will send a replacement only for damaged items. We do not accept returns or shipping reimbursements.

 Return Instructions

No returns will be accepted without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns will be sent back at customers expense. Please use the following instructions for all return requests: Email us at  with the following information:

Order ID Number

Reason for return

Full name and address

Order Date-No returns of any kind will be accepted after 30 days of purchase.

After approval from our return department, you will be given a return authorization number. This number MUST be clearly written on the outside of the shipping box. Any box which does not have this number, will be refused.

Returns are processed once each month. Allow 3-4 weeks for credit to be applied.  Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances. If a product is damaged, we will send a replacement at no charge.

Note: It is the customers responsibility to return the item in good condition. Damage caused by shipping or poor packaging will not be credited. We insure all of our packages and suggest you do so as well.

Items returned must be in resaleable condition.
